V1
Staring at the footprints
And the space in between
Where you are now
And where you used to be
You see a past of failure
Afraid you’re too far gone
But, God’s right where you left Him
And wants you to come home
CH
One step
That’s all it takes
One step
And the past is erased
No matter how far you’ve strayed
He could never love you less
Just take one step
And He’ll do the rest
V2
There’s a fresh beginning
Where all things are made new
So, come and receive
What’s waiting for you
There is no condemnation
You won’t be turned away
But, you’ll find arms of mercy
And a miracle of grace
You’re surrounded by so many voices telling you you don’t belong
Our enemy wants to destroy us
So he tells you that your joy is gone
But there’s a truth that’s stronger than fear So listen to it and you’ll hear
Hope says you don’t have to be afraid
I want you to know this…He will never forsake you So don’t give up, don’t give in
He’s there in the middle of your wondering Remember this, don’t you ever forget what hope says
So don’t you listen to the liars
Set your mind and heart on things above There’s a voice that’s calling you higher He’s calling you to come and live in His love
He’ll never leave, His promise is true And He’ll never let go of you
I was heavy-laden, longing to be free Jesus took my burden and carried it for me I am not ashamed to say
Everybody wanna’ know why I shout, He done took my chains Everybody wanna’ know why I sing, He done took my chains Death and sin has met its end, I’ll never be the same
Hear me shout, there ain’t no doubt
He done took my chains
Now I’ve seen the glory, now I’ve seen the light
Yeah, there’s mercy in the morning and there’s comfort in the night Oh, I am not ashamed to say
I’m gonna’ sing it, I’m gonna’ shout it I’m gonna’ tell the whole world about it
NO OTHER NAME (Todd Wright)
There’s not a greater name to proclaim than Jesus
There’s not a greater song we can sing than Jesus
At the name of Jesus, we bow down and worship now We sing it out
Worthy is the One who came and set us free
No other name is any higher
No other one came out of that grave Only the Lamb of God, the Holy One Can wash our sins away
Every tribe and tongue and nation Now join their voice to praise
Jesus, Son of God
There’s no other name!
There’s not an end to His power and might, Jesus Only His blood brings the dead back to life, Jesus
At the name of Jesus, we rejoice because His love has rescued us Worthy is the One who came and set us free
We lift Him up, lift Him up
Lift up the name, lift up the name (of Jesus)
Here I am now, I have slowed down
So good to rest in the mercy I found But in this moment, I feel Your closeness And I’m so grateful for all You’ve done for me I can’t help but sing
It’s good to be Your child
To know I’m Yours and that you are mine
It’s good to be Your child
I can see how much You love me
And when this life gets hard, I may not know the reasons why But still, it’s good to be Your child
Looking back now, I can see how
In the darkness, You never let me go When I am wandering, lost and lonely You remind me when the night is long I’ll never be alone
I remember when I was so far, didn’t know Your love, O Lord Didn’t know my sin was keeping me from the only source of peace But You came anyway and washed my heart with grace
I sing because I’m free,
I sing because You’re my everything
My whole life changed, You saved my soul from death Oh, how could I forget
Nothing I could do could save me from, every selfish thing I’ve done There is only One who was able to save and who took my sin to the grave Not a day goes by that I don’t give You praise
I am safe in Your grace, I’ve been rescued, Lord, I love You
I’m redeemed, I am clean, Lord, You gave Your life and delivered me
I’ve been given reasons to serve gods unlike You
They say that Jesus was just a good man, too
They can’t find His body and still they say it’s untrue
Thought a tombstone would hold you, but they didn’t have a clue
Their gods are gone now, but You walked out of that tomb They’re ancient history, but You’re coming back soon
Now every false idol is still down in his grave
But the world never had a chance to even chisel Your name
So many people saw You walking around
When they thought the Savior was still in the ground
And Your hands and Your feet, they tried to nail them in place But in three short days, they saw the Savior’s face
They can call me crazy but when You died on that tree You coming back for a sinner like me means everything
*Now the whole wild world will never be the same
Cause they never had a chance to even chisel Your name

1 Somewhere along the road toward redemption Someone saw a prodigal so frail. He smelled of swine & looked as if conviction had interrupted hardship & travail. When asked “Where are you going? Would you like to sit awhile?” He responded “No Sir. Thank you.” I can go another mile.
Chorus I’m already ready to be home with father. He’s already laid out new shoes & a robe. He’s already readied other son’s & daughters to welcome in a son away too long. I’m already ready to be in my home.
2 O the paradox of living in a strange land when you know deep down inside it’s not your home. There’s a gravity that draws you toward the Heavens while the load of living here weighs like a stone. There are voices in the distance calling out my name. For me to live is Christ to die is truly gain!
Vs. 1
There’s a mighty army who have answered
Gods call-
They’re marching in the battle standing ready and tall.
They’re holding the lines against the forces of Hell-
The cross is their banner and it can never fail.
Vs. 2
The echoes of the conflict can be heard through the years-
Where soldiers of the past fought their demons and fears.
At times it seemed like the church would not win;
But grace always triumph over evil and sin.
Cho.
The same grace that brought us to the power of the cross-
Is the same grace that saves us when the battle seems lost.
It’s amazing, life-changing, so marvelous and free-
Gods’ arms of grace are open for you and for me.
Many Saints have already fought and finished their race;
We’ll win the crown of life by the same grace.
Vs. 3
So do not be weary in the good fight of faith;
Ole’ Satan will try you so be watchful and brave.
No weapon formed against you can prosper nor defeat-
The Lord of Hosts is mighty and victory is sweet.
Cho.
The same grace that brought us to the power of the cross-
Is the same grace that saves us when the battle seems lost.
It’s amazing, life-changing, so marvelous and free-
Gods’ arms of grace are open for you and for me.
Many Saints have already fought and finished their race;
We’ll win the crown of life by the same grace.
Bridge:
So keep on and preach on;
And don’t ever lose your song.
Keep caring and bearing the load of the broken ones.
Keep praying and praising for it can’t be very long-
Until JESUS, our Captain, calls His soldiers home!

This would be a different story
This would be a different song
If you woke up to the morning
And you couldn’t get beyond
Who you have been
But that’s not how God is
CH
He won’t remind you of it
Because the blood has covered
Every stain, it’s washed away
He won’t bring up your failures
Because he can’t remember
Anything of those dark days
It’s all behind you
So he won’t remind you of it

Days had passed and mary stood before a wall of stone
Remembering what jesus said, yet feeling all alone
But long about the third day just as hope began to fade
Death and hell were conquered when he stepped out of that grave

Hallelujah, jesus is alive
Hallelujah, forever death has died
There’s nothing left but grave clothes

Verse I:

Trapped between the army and the red sea
God led His children all the way to victory
Calmed the storm on Galilee
Spoke Peace to the wind

She never had a daddy to hold her through her fears
No momma ever kissed her cheek or dried her painful tears
She was five years old the day the missionary came
And found her wand’ring helplessly by the muddy river bank
Verse 2
Her hair was coarse and matted, it never had been washed
Her flowered shirt was stained and torn, her feet were bare and scarred
The missionary reached for her and gently drew her near
Then picked her up and hugged her close to sing lightly in her ear
Chorus
You’re a daughter of the King
Princess in His eyes
Beautiful to Him
Treasured in His sight
You are strong and you are brave
Wonderfully made
So, lift your head up high and boldly sing
You’re a daughter of the King
Verse 3
Twenty six years later, that orphan’s now a mom
Her little girl comes home from school and tries to hide her sobs
Feeling like she’s worthless, her mother draws her near
Whispers, “child, you are priceless” then sings softly in her ear…
Look around and you’ll see trouble, you’ll see strife on every hand,
Wards and earthquakes all around us, violence fills our land.
The devil’s like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour,
But God’s getting ready to call His church in the last, final hour….
Chorus
Don’t look for me, I’ll be busy, walking on streets of gold,
I’ll be sitting by the river of life that’s flowing from God’s throne.
I’ll be talking to the blind man and the cripple, who will tell,
About the day that Jesus came and with one touch they were healed.
I can’t wait to hear the story of the thief who hung beside Him,
How Elisha felt that day when he caught that mantle from Elijah,
And when that trumpet sound and this old world starts spinning
Round and round,
Don’t look for me, no, no, no, don’t look for me,
No, No, No
Verse 2
My treasures are not laid up here in the world of sin and sorrow,
I’ve invested them where thieves can’t steal and they will be eternal.
The Father has prepared a place for me to dwell forever,
So goodbye world I’m leaving here for that land that’s called heaven.

When you count your many children add up the saved by grace I am one in the number Lord I give you praise
III Now when this life is ended Iʼll bow before your throne Youʼll say to me with open arms you are welcome home When that choir gathers there to sing on that golden shore
I Thinking to a time you know when your heart your mind and soul Was thirsty for the Lord
Constant in His Holy Word hanging on the truth you heard
You longed to know Him more
Unashamed you shared your faith and you were unafraid You were a victor everyday
Chorus
Remember the ember

Think back to the time you
Would have gave it all for the sake of the call To be someoneʼs light
Like a beacon in the night
Remember the ember

He could not watch me walk that dead end road He would not let me go, so He lifted me up
He wouldnʼt leave me in the dust

He would not turn, he would not pass me by
He would not fail to listen for my cry
He should have could have said that I had gone too far to save But by His grace….He took me as I was

Stopping Short of Canaan
Regina Walden / Asheville Music Publishing / BMI
First verse
They were sent to find the way to possess what lay ahead
Every tribe of Israel sent one man
God said trust me I’ll go with you but they doubted God instead
Israel stopped just short of blessed Canaan land
Chorus
Go fourth my child and conquer every foe that you encounter
In the precious name of Jesus win the lost
There will be no trepidation in the midst of confrontation
No battle you can’t win behind the cross
If God’s people would let their thoughts digress
They’d remember how to use what they possess
To own the vict’ry promised move ahead and take your stand
Don’t stop just short of Canaan Land
Second Verse
Joshua and Caleb knew the challenges they faced
They knew that God had promised them the land
Seven times around the walls of Jericho they paced
Stopping short of Canaan wasn’t in the Masters plan
(Second or Third verse Option)
Faced with your own Jericho and walls that must come down
Knowing that it’s time to take a stand
Faith put into action brings results that will astound
Don’t give up till your possess that happy promised land
Bridge
Every day I’m camping in the land of Canaan
And with rapture I surveyed the wondrous beauty grand
Glory Hallelujah I found the land of promise
I’m camping I’m camping in Canaan’s happy land
Verse 1:
Sometimes the load gets heavy
Just too hard to carry all alone
Our spirit can get weary
And we can’t fight the battle on our own
So when you’re strong I’ll lean on you
When you’re weak I’ll help you through
‘Cause we’re a family with a love no one can sever
We’re all in this together, We’re all in this together
Chorus:
Sisters and brothers
Help each other stand
And lift a prayer to Heaven
Do all that we can
To help one another
Make it to that place we call forever
We’re all in this together
Verse 2:
So if you feel forsaken
And your heart is breaking with the pain
If the storm has left you shaken
Let us lift you up above the waves
We’ve all needed someone else
You’re not in this by yourself
We’re a family with a love no one can sever
We’re all in this together, We’re all in this together
Bridge:
Through His Spirit we are one
And by His grace we’ll overcome
Whether blue skies
Or dark and stormy weather
We’re all in this together, We’re all in this together
We’re all in this together, We’re all in this together
chorus
Gotta little spring in my step now it feels like spring in my heart
Each new day brings new mercy and a brand new start
My cup’s running over and my joy overflows
Since Jesus found me all is well with my soul
If you see me and you realize
I’m not the same now well don’t be surprised
I was drifting then the Lord took control
Unspeakable joy now has elated my soul
The words escape me to express the way I feel
The love of Jesus gives my heart a thrill
I can’t contain it, He sets my heart aglow
What peace in knowing all is well with my soul
Answering a heavenly calling looking ahead to a brighter day
God raised a holy standard when I lowered my head to pray
Joining in the celebration victory’s song I did repine
I was lost till Jesus found me now I am His and He is mine
Chorus
We belong to the Church of God the Father
No more alone He is walking by our side
His mighty hand cannot fail and cannot falter
The hills of home have called us
To the place where we belong
My adoption was make final written in red on redemption day
Signed sealed and delivered on the wings of amazing grace
Oh what sweet communion oh what strength in family ties
There’s nothing like belonging in the Glory bound Bride of Christ

EARLY ONE MORNING AT GETHSEMANE
THEY CAPTURED AN INNOCENT MAN
BY DAYBREAK THEY HAD TRIED HIM
THE CROWD CRIED CRUCIFY HIM
THEY DROVE NAILS IN HIS FEET,AND IN HIS HANDS
ON AN OLD RUGGED CROSS
ON TOP OF A HILL
THEY WATCHED HIM FROM EVERY DIRECTION
AS HE DIED ON THAT TREE FOR A SINNER LIKE ME
IN A PUBLIC DISPLAY OF AFFECTION
THE ONLY INNOCENT MAN IN THAT CROWD
THE CROWD CRIED CRUCIFY
THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS WORTHY TO WALK AWAY SAFE
HE CHOSE TO SUFFER AND DIE
ON CALVARY’S HILL

FAITH IS GREATER THAN LAW
AND THE CROWD SAW IT ALL

THERE HAS NEVER BEEN MAN
THAT WAS WORTHY FOR SUCH SACRIFICE
BUT OUT OF GREAT LOVE
FROM THE FATHER ABOVE
HIS SON PAID THE ULTIMATE PRICE
THOUGH HE’D DONE NOTHING WRONG
AND HE SPOKE ONLY TRUTH

IN A PUBLIC DISPLAY OF AFFECTION
in the corner of the altar, there’s a cross
and a crown like they placed on Jesus head
a reminder of the torment and the cost
that he paid for my salvation as he hung there in my stead
yes the cost of my salvation it was high
the creator of creation sent his only Son to die
for a wicked sinful wretch such as I
tell me why please tell me why
it must be love, must be love
that placed my savior on that tree
must be love, must be love
that held him there for you and me
and to think that I’m forgiven
for the nails that I have driven
must be love must be love
though my worth is really small
the creator of it all
cared enough that he would send his Son
and the pain that he was dealt
is the pain I should have felt
for the wicked sinful things
that I have done
how could it be
that he would suffer this for me
it must be love, must be love
that placed my saviour on that tree
must be love, must be love
that held him there for you and me
and to think that I’m forgiven
for the nails that I have driven

yes this cross is just a symbol
of the cross that Jesus knew
a reminder of the pain and shame
for me that he went through
It must be love, must be love

GOD GAVE IT ALL
AND THE NAILS DIDN’T BEND WHEN THEY DROVE THEM IN

What Kinda Pain
Gerald Reeder / Asheville Music Publishing / Chris White Music / BMI
Jesus walked this earth
that His own Father made
to save the souls of fallen men
His own life he gave
His body it was flesh
the pain He felt was real
as the crowd cried crucify Him
and they drove those nails of steel
what kinda pain did i cause the Man
who took the pain from me
as He hung there on that cross
on that hill called calvary
though He never sinned Himself
He carried mine to that tree
what kinda pain did i cause the Man
who took the pain from me
He knew the pain to come
before the pain began
the nails the blows the thorns
the shame of sinful man
yet still he said forgive them Lord
they know not what they do
and with love and compassion
He died for me and you
what kinda pain did i cause the Man
who took the pain from me
as He hung there on that cross on that hill called calvary
though he never sinned Himself
He carried mine to that tree
what kinda pain did i cause the Man
who took the pain from me
and by his blood i’m now forgiven
for Christ alone could make the trade
His life for mine
that’s what He’s given
He took the pain
my ransome’s paid
what kinda pain did i cause the Man
who took the pain from me
as He hung there on that cross
on that hill called calvary
though He never sinned Himself
He carried mine to that tree
what kinda pain did i cause the Man
that took the pain from me
VerseI: -C
Sitting on the porch on a warm, spring day Talking with my granny over cold lemonade
She was smiling as she told of a heavenly place Somewhere beyond the gloom of the grave
Verse II:
She said there’s no more night, no skies of grey It will be one glorious, eternal day
Where the angels sing and loved ones wait
And the beauty there will take your breath away
Chorus – F
I wanna live in a land like that
Leaving my troubles in the past
Finally home and free at last
Oh I wanna live forever in a land like that Don’t you wanna live forever in a land like that
Tag Oh I wanna live forever in a land like that
Verse III:
It’s no fairy tale no make believe
Heaven’s more real than you could ever dream
It’s a place of joy and perfect peace
And when you get there you won’t ever want to leave
Bridge:
No more sorrow, no more tears No more sickness, no more fears

Troubles took me by surprise. And soon the teardrops filled my eyes. I prayed that God would bring me peace And this is what He said to me.
“I’ll turn your tears into showers of blessing. I’ll turn your trials in to times of refreshing. When the teardrops fall, I’ll be there to catch them all, And I’ll turn your tears into showers of blessing.
I have learned to face my fears. And know that God sees all my tears. Now when burdens come my way, I still can hear my Father say.
Child of God, don’t think your pain is too deep for God to see Just trust Him and He’ll say to you the words He said to me.
The incorruptible seed is the infallible Word
It bears fruit when it’s planted in fertile earth
When you’re sowing the seed some will fall by the way
The birds from the sky will come and take it away
These people listen, but they’re not receiving
They show up to be seen… Don’t be discouraged
Chorus
Brother, keep on sowing the good seed
The fruit of the good seed will grow
Where good seed is found
Sister, keep on sowing the good seed
For some of the good seed will fall on good ground
II
In a field full of stone, no fruit can be grown
When the Word goes in one ear and out the other it’s gone
Many people are torn they’re being choked by the thorns
Life is squeezing their faith keeping them weary and worn
They get the good seed, but choose not to believe
And you can not make them change… Don’t be discouraged
Bridge
Good ground is where the people are found
Who will live by the word, who will lay their life down
But they’re not left alone because the thorns and the stones
Are still there but they don’t care

Once I heard the Spirit He was calling me / calling me He was calling me
I ran into the water and it set me free / the river was the love of Christ
II
Then I started living as a child of God / child of God as a child of God
I cannot be defeated on this earthly sod / powered by the love of Christ
Chorus
The love of Christ keeps me going on
The love of Christ takes me to my home
The love of Christ the love of Christ
It’s the unexplainable uncontainable wonderful love of Christ III
I come into His presence and I lift my voice / lift my voice yes I lift my voice
But ev’ry word to ev’ry song will still fall short / of the honor due the love of Christ
IV
Soon I will be stepping through the gates of pearl /
gates of pearl through the gates of pearl
And there I’ll be reminded how I left this world / raptured by the love of Christ

Verse 1
THE DISCIPLES WERE HUNGRY ON THEIR JOURNEY
WHEN THE BREAD OF LIFE SAT DOWN AT JACOB’S WELL
THOUGH HE COULD MEET THEIR NEED
THEY MADE THE CHOICE TO LEAVE
WHEN THEY RETURNED, HERE’S WHAT THE SCRIPTURE TELLS
THEY FOUND HIM IN A HOLY CONVERSATION
WITH A WOMAN THAT THEY THOUGHT COULD NOT BE SAVED
SHE HEARD THE MASTER’S CALL, AND THEY ALMOST MISSED IT ALL
BUT I BEIEVE THEY’D TESTIFY TODAY . . . AND SAY
Chorus
I DON’T WANT TO MISS WHAT’S GOING ON AT THE WELL
LIVING WATER’S FLOWING THAT YOU CAN’T BUY OR SELL
LIFE CHANGING ANSWERS FROM THE ANSWER HIMSELF
AND I DON’T WANT TO MISS WHAT’S GOING ON AT THE WELL
VERSE 2
WHILE ON MY JOURNEY I HAVE SOMETIMES HUNGERED
AND FELT THE PAIN TO MEET A NATURAL NEED
AND THOUGH IT WASN’T SIN
SOMETIMES MY MIND HAS BEEN
TOO OCCUPIED TO SEE WHAT’S BEST FOR ME
BUT JESUS IS THE WELL OF MY SALVATION
AND HE’S OFFERING WHAT CANNOT PASS AWAY
I WANT TO HAVE MY CUP, RIGHT WHERE HE CAN FILL IT UP
WITH ANYTHING HE HAS FOR ME TODAY. . . HEY, HEY
